Taking part in the Old Port Symphony. The Old Port Symphony (which involved boats, trains and bells making a lot of noise) used to be a great chance to see the Port of Montreal's switchers, which are hard to photograph. Back in 2009, they were still rostering two SW1001's (POM 7601 & 7602) and they both participated in the symphony. This event has not taken place in a few years as well. POM 7602 now sees service in Beauharnois as AXLX 7602, switching the Axiall Canada Inc. plant, still wearing the same paint scheme.
