The top half of Lookout mountain is shrouded with low clouds due to the rain that is in the area, NS 102 (Sheffield,AL-Bulls Gap,TN) is easing down grade on the No 1 main in the Alton Park Industrial park. (MP AG-1.1). We're just north of the old CofG Shipps Yard/Crew change point on the Chattanooga Terminal and, the dispatcher has NS 102 lined all the way to Webb. Assigned to the freight is NS 1074 the Lackawanna Heritage Unit. After it's debut in 2012 this unit has seen some better days as the paint is chipping away due to road wear, and tear.
