The third of three trains that would be seen on the "Delaware Division" on this day was this outlawed PIOI in the siding at Narrowsburg, NY. It looks like the crew left in a hurry with the headlight on and the cab door slightly ajar. NS 3000 spent a lot of time in New Jersey before heading west. It was built as Reading 3671, one of only five GP40-2s on Reading's roster.
