| 30 years ago 140 114 made a stopover in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Class 140 locomotives were preferred to freight trains. But they could also be observed in front of passenger trains. At that time the colors ocean blue / beige were not very popular. Today these colors are a rarity and welcome. Class 140 locomotives were occasionally taken over by private railways and are used again and again throughout Germany. Scan of a middle size color slide. |
