Bombardier TRAXX F140 MS Re 484 # 015 of SBB Cargo, rented to SBB Cargo International, is pulling the "Winner" (large forwarder) train 42001 from Wuppertal Langerfeld container terminal via Basel-B?zberg-Gotthard Base Tunnel-Ceneri Base Tunnel (CBT)-Chiasso to Piacenza/Italy, on the Gotthard line between Claro and Castione-Arbedo. The train had about 1400 ton and needed an additional locomotive from Bellinzona to Chiasso, despite the new CBT, since from Lake Lugano at Capolago to Mendrisio the gradient is still considerable. In the background is the snow covered 2182 meter high Cima di Negr?s.
