Since it is almost Christmas, I thought I would share a couple Pennsylvania Railroad steam locomotives that Baldwin built. This beautiful, streamlined T-1, Pennsy 6110, was built in 1942 by Baldwin Locomotive Works, where my great, great Uncle Robert F. McKee, Sr., worked as a design engineer. I wish I had asked my Dad to share more information about all of the Baldwin Locomotive Works builders cards his great Uncle Rob gave him. Oh, and to be able to go back in time to talk to his great Uncle Rob and all the information he had about the designing and building of this classic locomotive. I hope you enjoy seeing this beautiful Pennsy steam locomotive and Merry Christmas. This Baldwin Locomotive Works builders photo card is from the John R. Doughty collection.
