Alabama Southern Yard job 111 has just finished dropping off a cut of cars in Northport and is seen here getting ready to cross the Black Warrior River in Tuscaloosa, AL., on their way back to their yard with WAMX #3844 leading the way. In 2011 Alabama Southern painted two of their GP35's into a special scheme honoring the Alabama Crimson Tide Football team and the University of Alabama, the 3844 has recently been rebuilt and repainted, the other GP35 #3851 (seen 3rd out in the photo) is still wearing the same paint scheme it was put into back in 2011
