| On a mild beautiful autumn afternoon, a westbound autorack clatters westbound along the scenic Mohawk River valley as a tug & barge(upper right) approach towards Lock 14. This was during the often unpredictable and exciting period one year after the CSXT takeover of Conrail along the Water Level Route. The GP15-2 was not a common sight as a leader for a road train but anything still goes in and out of Selkirk Yard during this colorful era on the Mohawk Division. |
