| 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰. Nevada Northern #40 is the undisputed star of the Nevada Northern Fleet. Here, #40 is just leaving the enginehouse on a crisp February morning. This fall, #40 was taken out of service for an extended rebuild expected to take several years. But #93 is still up and running and will soon be joined by #81 so still plenty of steam in Ely while we await #40's return! |
