| Connecticut Southern Train CSO-4 eases across the Connecticut River Bridge at Warehouse Point in Enfield, CT on Amtrak’s Springfield Line. Today’s train is powered by ex UP SD40-2 3771 and ex GM&O GP38-2 2048 borrowed from the New England Central. While a fairly scenic and busy railroad, the Connecticut Southern is often not the aesthetically pleasing railroad due to its ragtag collection of locomotives mostly in patches versions of their former owners paint schemes. |
