On the afternoon of October 21, 2015, Deseret Power Railway’s westbound unit coal train is making a run for Holum Pass two miles west of the Deserado Mine Loadout north of Rangely, Colorado. Three General Electric E60C-2s power the 44-car train bound for Utah’s Bonanza Power Plant.
