      The westbound signals at Valley Junction, Pennsylvania are all displaying a red indication while the Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus Red Unit train After passing under the Lebanon Valley Line in the distance, the train is diverging left from the Reading Belt Line to join the it at Wyomissing Junction.
