A train of tank wagons hauled by a class 1116 (and pushed by an out-of-view class 1144 as helper) crosses Wolfsbergkogel station and the Kartnerkogel viaduct and will soon enter the Kartnerkogel tunnel on the final leg of its climb up the Semmeringbahn line in Austria. This long hidden view was opened up by a forest clearing created when the viaduct and tunnel were renovated.
