During the early morning hours of February 13th, a UP Z train derailed in Normal, IL. The cleanup process was underway by this point. Thankfully, there were no injuries reported. On another lucky note, no derailed stack cars fell off the bridge to the road below. A couple cars in the distance came dangerously close to making contact with the apartment complexes. Multiple power lines were reported as being down, sending many technicians to the scene.
