| BNSF has been somewhat short of power so the crew on this Vancouver. WA to Pasco Wa manifest was given two low horsepower GEEPs to haul 7500 plus tons of freight in the snow through the gorge. Even with moderate grades, the train wasn't traveling very fast. We heard on the scanner that PTC stopped working as well. |
