You are looking at Coyote Basin in far eastern Utah. The Colorado state line is just in front of Raven Ridge, that tree covered ridge in the background. No one lives out here; no ranches, no homes, no paved roads. The Deseret Power Ry does live out here as well as some endangered Black Footed Ferrets.
