A pair of GEs lead an empty coal train through Belvidere, NE in the late afternoon. The Marysville Sub essentially connects Kansas City with the east-west mainline at Gibbon, NE and, although lacking in the volume of activity it once had with a profusion of coal trains, the route is still a major corridor on UP.
