| Executive Welcome. New York & Atlantic Railway President Paul Victor came out to inspect the newest pair of arrivals from Progress Rail on March 30, 2016. PR20B 301 was delivered that morning by CSX from Oak Point along with sister unit 300. These were the first units purchased specifically for use on NYAR, with the rest of the fleet coming from Long Island Rail Road. And while at the time there was discussion about ordering more of these engines, a variety of factors leaves them as the sole representatives on the roster. |
