Santa Fe 4-8-2 Mountain type 3708 Is very much alive In this view taken in the summer of 1948. Tihis loco was Built In 1919 and pulled Premium passenger trains until the 4-8-4 northerns came along a few years later. This loco survived until 3-20-52 when it was sold for scrap. Original B&W 116 negative from my fathers collection photographer unknown
