| Special Duty Locomotive on a Special Duty: The now-abolished Dover, NJ based NS H02 is on a special duty with a SD40-2 locomotive. Having ran east to Lincoln Park to run around cars containing concrete ties for NJ Transit on the Lincoln Park Siding, it has begun to pull westbound. Six-axle locomotives were not a common sight on New Jersey Transit's Hoboken Division during this time period. Since Norfolk Southern gave up serving this area in 2019, such locomotives can no longer be seen on the Hoboken Division. The leader formerly was CR 6414. |
