A six-unit set of C-Cs running engine light comes down the middle of Cherry Street and across Dooly Street. Citizens have been complaining for years about trains clogging downtown, and relief is on the way. A couple nights before this photo was made, a derailment heavily damaged buildings on both sides of Cherry Street (see sawhorse with warning light), finally kicking things into gear to relocate the mainline onto its own r.o.w. a couple blocks to the south.
