AMTK 161, now in Phase I colors, makes its inaugural run north past Morton Grove, IL on the rear of Empire Builder #7. The locomotive is headed to St. Paul, MN to be put on display for Union Depot Train Days.
This train, which runs between Chicago and Seattle and Portland, takes its name from James J. Hill, who founded the Great Northern Railroad and extended it from Minnesota to the Pacific Coast.
From all American railroads, you will see all of the American railroad heritage units, Orginal paints, and sticker units displayed in this album by Railfan 225!
Not
