    Remarks & Notes
An eastbound Santa Fe manifest exits the confines of Abo Canyon, New Mexico. The SD40-2 leader has an extended short hood, or “snoot”, to house Locotrol communications equipment. Locotrol was among the earliest techniques used for remote control of unmanned helpers.
