Westbound Susquehanna Sea-Land stack train NTV-9 gets a start on the Gulf Summit grade just west of Deposit, New York. The NYS&W has assigned three C430’s a C420, and a CF7 to the train, but the presence of two Conrail GE’s indicates that the aging Susquehanna power had some issues.
