| The sun is setting and NS V62 backs out of the Collier Yard with a load of trash empties. It must first the switch in order to hit the NS line in to Petersburg. The conductor will meet the train and manually throw the switch. Once a bustling yard, Collier no longer has an on-site yard master and sees much fewer trains. The CSX yard now plays host mostly to NS trains such as V62. |
