| Back in 1990, the Russian steam locomotive Su252-95 was no more in active service but was used as a stationary boiler and parked next to some industrial building that requires hot water or heating. The building on the right seems to be an old water tower. Unfortunately, I do not know what is written on it. May be one of the Russian RP members can help?
