| The New Hampshire Northcoast crew is seen taking the empty hoppers out of Dover and hooking a left on the old Boston & Maine Conway Branch. The train is headed back to the sandpit in Ossipee for another string of loads for Boston Sand & Gravel.
The searchlight signals are a holdover from the B&M days when trains went all the way to North Conway. Today, the operable track stops just past the sandpit in Ossipee. Conway Scenic Railroad operates a few miles of the track from North Conway to Conway however the line no longer connects. |
