Another one of those "only on the Susquehanna" consists... An unlikely pairing of CP Rail and NYO&W locomotives brings 14 loaded ballast cars east through the then-new MC Yard in Ridgefield Park. I don't believe the 116 had MU capability, so it was probably just along for the ride.
