| It’s a beautiful evening in Richmond, Virginia looking out from a scenic overlook on Floodwall Wall Park. The Ethyl Corporation building sits atop the city and could easily be mistaken for the Capitol. Boaters paddle on calm waters and riverfront walkers give nary a stare at CSX 835 which is quietly crossing the CSX James River Viaduct. |
