Amtrak 100 in its new Midnight Blue paint scheme trails on the last Amtrak Elmira Extra picking up new Viewliners IIs from CAF in Elmira, NY. Amtrak 108 was leading in the new phase 7 scheme. This will probably be the last glimpse of passenger rail for a while on the once busy Deleware & Hudson passenger route between Binghamton, NY and Schenectady, NY.
