After finding the power sitting at a co-op in Weyers Cave and having a chat with the crew , I learned that they would be working Houff for about 45 minutes before heading back south to Staunton. The interesting thing about their pickup was that it included an ex-Texas Star Clipper (nee-CNW) F7 that had been sitting at a siding further north for several years (see photo 748486) that needed to be moved as the siding had changed owners. This provided me the unique opportunity to capture true "blast from the past" consist.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
