| A westbound Twin Cities & Western train passes the grain elevators in downtown Gaylord, MN on the former Minneapolis & St Louis Railway west of Minneapolis. These elevators no longer ship by rail, but the railroad still reaps the benefits of agricultural progress in the area, evidenced by the heavier welded rail that was laid along here after the large ethanol plant at Winthrop was built. |
