Remarks & Notes

The West Virginia Northern was a coal hauling short line that relied on dynamic brake-equipped EMD switchers to get product from the mines to the B&O interchange at Tunnelton, West Virginia. Although I visited several times, they were never running when I arrived, so I had to settle for this caboose at the WVN shops at Kingwood.
