Between Buffalo, N.Y. and Windsor, Ontario the Wabash St. Thomas Division ran across Canada. Canadian-built motive power was almost exclusively on this two hundred and twenty miles division. The Wabash owned no track in Canada, instead utilizing trackage rights over the Canadian National. The Wabash purchased twenty-two of the eighty F-7A's built by GMD at the London, Ontario plant.
