Back when MP15ACs held down commuter assignments, LI 167 leads Long Island Rail Road train 6553 from Oyster Bay west past Nassau tower in Mineola. This scene remained relatively unchanged for decades but that all changed recently. LIRR has undertaken a triple track project through here, with both the tower and PRR-era position-light signal falling prey to progress.
