Winter Storm "Octavia" dumped an unusual amount of snow on Louisville, Kentucky, on February 16, 2015. That afternoon, with an 18oF (-7.78oC) temperature, a southbound CSX train led ES44DC 5439 and Union Pacific SD70M 4022 approached CSX's Osborn Yard. (And, for those who are curious, the temperature was also 265.37oK!)
