| The 748 Relief Job crests Monoco Hill (through a section in which the town has turned the ROW into a park area) with a short train of pulls from Chevron as it heads down to Alcoa Yard in Torrance, where it will work the Torrance Refinery before heading back home to Watson Yard in Wilmington. |
