Monday Morning Rail. With a bit more than 15 restless riders, Amtrak Train 58 (City Of New Orleans) makes the station stop in Kankakee, Illinois on the morning of October 6, 2019. Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) held the markers on this trip, which still covers most of the same route that Arlo Guthrie sang about almost a half-century ago.
