| South Shore Line #118, heading to Chicago, approaches the Portage/Ogden Dunes station. Car 36 is one of 8 cars in the South Shore fleet that is owned by Metra. In the 1980's the RTA contributed some funding to help the NICTD to pay for new rolling stock, resulting in Metra now owning some of the original cars. |
