| Rolling down the EX L&N Cincinnati to Atlanta Etowah Subdivision, CSX K821-23 sweeps around the curve in Old Fort this afternoon heading south to Atlanta. Following a Q541 out of Etowah the train would come to a stop at Conniston to wait for the Q541 to work Wyvern Yard in Cartersville before continuing south. With 93 empty phosphate hoppers in tow, the crew had no problem running the light train south at track speed. The CP 8164 one of their AC4400 class series rebuilds was solo out front gleaming in the winter sunlight. |
