It sure looks like a GP30
Burlington Northern train 4 curves out of Rochelle, Illinois, on the morning of April 6, 1991. Still looking like a GP30 as EMD intended when built in February 1963, only it was built as Cotton Belt No. 5007, and rebuilt by Morrison-Knudsen into BN GP39M No. 2803. Regardless, it still sure looks good.
