Heading for a crew change at South Pekin, a Chicago & North Western freight skirts Peoria, Illinois, and crosses Kickapoo Creek in March 1984. The southbound train is powered by venerable EMD GP9R No. 4532 and bigger sister SD40-2 No. 6870.
