Remarks & Notes

The electric locomotive here called "V8", is a very similar version of the American GE EP-4. Used in passenger and cargo train services since the 1940s to 1948, they were "retired" in around 1998. This V8 in the photo, and three more units are awaiting preservation, the others are scrapped.
