An eastbound Southern Pacific train has taken the siding at the east end of the Grover Block to await a meet with a westbound freight with SP 8114 leading. This eastbound, heading toward Los Angeles, has a pair of Cotton Belt GP60s (9689 and 9633) and a B30-7 (SP 7860) for power. Once clear, this train will enter the Callender Block on the Los Angeles Division's Santa Barbara District. (Oceano, California – February 1996)
