Talen Energy's York Haven power plant has been stock piling coal again, requiring the reactivation of one of the PPL coal train sets. While not required for York Haven, the train has been assigned three of the SD60Es that have been modified for use inside Talen's Montour/Strawberry Ridge plant. Modifications include low profile PTC equipment, notched snowplows, and an alerter cutout. This set of SD60Es included 7024, 7023, & 7018.
