Five miles south of Picnic Point is a one track bottleneck in Edmonds, Washington. On low cloud days like this whenever a coal train is stopped there, it can be heard accelerating back to track speed for miles on end. A loaded PRB like this one is over 18,000 tons, but only around 3000 tons empty.
