| CN 8955 leads a cowl GE on a westbound freight inside the boundaries of Jasper National Park at Windy Point/Snaring. The railroad runs along the shore of Jasper Lake, part of the Athabasca River and had been double tracked. It was single tracked by Hunter Harrison and CN has unsuccessfully tried to place a second track in service, but the National Parks Commission so far has not allowed it. |
