At Grade. Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) were behind the power on Amtrak Train 21 (Texas Eagle) on December 27, 2020 in Joliet, Illinois. The train was just over an hour out of its terminal in Chicago, Illinois on the way to San Antonio, Texas. The Texas Eagle is running on the former former tracks of the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe and Gulf, Mobile & Ohio Railroads, crossing the Rock Island. In the background, the stadium of the Frontier Independent League Baseball Joliet Slammers sits next to Joliet Union Station.
