If You Have To Live On An Island. On the evening of August 3, 2021, Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) were holding the markers on Amtrak Train 28 (Empire Builder) as it crossed the aptly named Railroad Island in Goldendale, Washington. On the opposite shore of the Columbia River, a Union Pacific train heads towards Portland, Oregon.
