| A Metro-North FRA-Geometry train passes in Naugatuck on a morning that consisted of partial sun and snow flurries. The former Penn Central/Amtrak Metroliner car behind the P32 locomotive is DOTX 216, which is owned by the Federal Railroad Administration. It is used to measure track gauge, alignment, and rail surfaces. |
